Time moves on & waits for noone.
I'm feeling a little philosophical today and might ramble on about nothing in general. Forewarned is Forearmed they usually say, so i've done my bit with the warning..
In the larger scheme of everyday life, we are but just a small cog in the wheel. As you grow older (i recently did, thank u), you come to realize that life goes on, people move on, times changes, people change, friends come/friends go and you have to carry on with your life no matter what happens.
Time is a constant (const time=00:00:000;) and you are just following the vicous circle of time. Einstein was right, time is the 4th dimension and unbeknown to us we are just following the laws of physics in rotating it.
As you move forward, you go through phases of life as it passes you by. You become a variabe in the larger program called life.exe. Just pray that you were a bigInt and not a lowly Boolean :). Phases such as college, finding work are some things you will always cherish n remember throughout your life (atleast I did).
The early days of your job, the new feeling of earning Gandhi notes, the entire corporate culture etc are some of the new things that you get to experience.
The key is hidden right there ! If you missed it, its a big mistake - not unrecoverable but a mistake nonetheless. Right there is where you decided what you wanted to do with your life. If you still don't know what i'm talking about, more intropection is the order of your day. A lot of people go through these phases without thinking and content being a part of the larger "mass". I am not one of them. A pure non-conformist is what I am. That is my advice for people out there - Do what is right and do what you always wanted to do - follow your mind & to an extent your heart.
Read again & i said follow your mind & heart, not just your heart. Your heart & mind have to be at a common place. Wanting to do something or be something is nice to hear, but how to get there is all your mind. All of us want to do something, but how many of us are ready to take the less trodden path is the question.
There will be challenges, there will be times when you're thinking "what the fuck am i doing here, this is not what i wanted to do". Ride those rough times, stick with your strengths and eventually the light of the day will come and the darkness will pass by. Kinda like the way Gondor & Rohan escape from the evil Sauron (All the tooks hail LOTR!).
Enough of my ramblings for now i guess. TTFN bloggers ..

Terror Attacks:: Be a MAN ! Hit them back HARD !
This is a sad state our country is in now. We have got used to this news coming in day in and day out. We have got so used to terror attacks, that we have started to live with it. We should not ! India should fight back. We are not gutless, we should be as aggressive against terror as we are on the Cricket Field. We need a Ganguly-like figure in the government!
2) Our Terror laws are STRONG enough
3) The Terrorists were from pakistan .
4) We will deal with this severely.
5) Release sketch of 4/5 suspects ...
Bloody CRAP !
3) We already know the terrorists are from Pakistan and that they are brain-washed Muslims. It's time the muslim community in india did something apart from instigating peaceful Hindus. What do you do inside the Madrasas ?Come out and face the truth and help our country.
4) How will you deal with this severely Mr.Patil? Do you even know what you are doing as a Home minister. Tell the poeple atleast 1 CONCRETE action that will prevent such attacks in future. Don't just suck up to the muslims for vote-bank politics.
5) The sketches are forgotten after 2 days when the news dies down or the press gets bored with it. Whoever even validates these pics. There have been many instances where the sketches were wrong and later retracted. Why all this charade ?
Watch this shocking video:: Terrorists opening fire from a hijacked police vehicle on open road against Public right in the heart of Bombay.
http://ibnlive.in.com/videos/79142/watch-terrorists-take-over-police-van-fire-on-roads.html
Sadly, this is the state of our country now.... What we need to do is Stand together and fight ! Fight till the death. We have the money, we have the people and by god we have the ARMY resources to do this !
This is one of the things i admire about the Americans. When 9/11 happened, Bush emerged and did everything to fight the terrorists. They chased them into Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and bombed their assess off.
See Pic below, this is what we should be doing now.
My fellow INDIANS, lets STAND AND FIGHT THESE Muslim Terrorists who use religion & brain-wash people to do their dirty killing work.
UNITED WE STAND, UNITED WE SHALL FIGHT and UNITED WE SHALL WIN !
I've never written a political post in my 3 years of blogging, but i could not resist & stand-by and watch this madness. I hope you all found it worthwhile..
I shall end this post with these immortal words......
If you can keep your head when all about you Are losing theirs and blaming it on you
If you can meet with triumph and disaster And treat those two imposters just the same;
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it, And - which is more - you'll be a Man my son

V for Vacation
PHEW !
The magic four words you are NOT supposed to utter if you are employed in a 'taxing' job. Basically says you stopped working or even worse, people around you start to think that you stopped working. But you know what, it feels realllllllyy good to say it sometimes.
You might be wondering what the heck is this guy blabbering about. Adhu vandhu, basically, what i'm trying to say is that i am on a good damn VACATION after a long six months of busting my ass night & night (if wish i could say "day", but its not for me) ...
Picturize this ... Sudar before :-
Takakakkatkatkaktkaktatatatttttt.. sound of me typing on my keyboard.................
And just like that its time to board Shatabdi to start the vacation.
But you can never truly hide the technology inside you. It's like in Terminator. Arnold's eyes are the same no matter how much you pummel him. Same goes with me :)
Well its was worth the effort. Got to eat a LOT during this past week with all mom's delicacies. Got nothing more to say as my mind is getting lazy to think and my terminator eyes are getting droozy.. So long until next time. Asta la Vista !
P.S - If you got any comments, Talk to the Hand as the face ain't listenin.

Landmark Quiz Adventure
<<<<<<<<< .......... rewind ........... <<<<<<<<<
Aug 15 : The day was Landmark Quiz day.
Battlefield : Music Academy, Mylapore, Chennai
Warriors : Sudar, Daniel, Navaz and Annamalai
For us bunch of quizzing enthusiasts this would be the 5th year in a row we would be attending the Landmark Quiz. As usual the usual suspects were teams like : QED , Swami&Friends, No Questions Asked, V.V.Ramanan etc.
As per tradition we went in with three quiz team names hoping to win the best team name prize. Some idiotic name like "QuizFu Panda" won it, but we dont agree. Let me list our team names and i shall let you decide that we 'indeed' should have won it.
1) The Psycho Quizzers from Askok Pillar
2) Athletico Madras
3) "We know we are not the best team name"
due to mr.baadu malai, my choice of this name was not entered. Here is what i chose and this would definitely have atleast got a mention for best team names.
" Robert Mugabe's official vote counters, we Always WIN ! " ------> :D isnt this great ?
As usual, the quiz was fun. In fact this year the quiz master was more jovial and made it more fun. The Chennai round was won by QED (arumbuchu taangada)
Next up were the national finals won by the bangalore team.
I will leave you with a few pics from our quiz journey ....

Keep Quizzing and stay healthy...

There comes a time when everyone has to remember their nation. We do this by singing our national anthem right from the core (quad-core) of our hearts ! How can you respect your nation ? If you cannot respect your national anthem.
In this regard, i would like to pay tribute to BharatBala Productions who have taken on a noble cause of national unity and inspiration. [ www.bbp.co.in ]
